  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit, including your RMA note inside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our London warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and proof of postage.

  Process and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
